A wide range of donations and sponsorships from the corporate level, branch office to individual employees is part of the Ledcor culture in supporting community needs.
Donations and sponsorships
Part of Ledcor’s corporate culture is to provide support in the various communities in which we operate. Ledcor employees are a diverse, multi-cultural group of people committed to making their community a better place to live and work. Ledcor encourages all staff to be good corporate citizens and strive to become economic, intellectual and social assets to their local communities.
Charitable initiatives are selected based on how they best represent the company’s values and that adds to the community at large.
Donations and sponsorships occur at both the corporate and local branch level. The primary category for corporate donations and sponsorships is health and welfare, with a focus on medical and community-based support for both physical and/or emotional recovery which can include cash, product or in-kind contribution. The following is an outline of the types of donations and sponsorships that would be considered:
- Medical facilities /enhancements/organizations/programs
- Children’s disabilities
- Life threatening diseases
