Since 1996, Ledcor Industrial Maintenance has offered clients a ‘Subcontractor Managed Services’ business model where all work is completed entirely by local subcontractors managed by Ledcor. This has proven to be a cost effective solution for managing maintenance and small project work across a broad geographical area. Using a network of pre-qualified subcontractors strategically located in close proximity to the client’s work locations in Canada and the US, we dispatch the “best” subcontractor based on cost, location, availability, and safety to serve our client’s needs.

This vast array of subcontractors may be accessed through flexible systems specifically customized to align with each client’s individual business processes.

Our Value in Subcontractor Management

We are able to provide value to our clients through:

• Reduction of overall maintenance costs as a result of using local subcontractors which reduces travel time and subsistence costs
• Systems and processes that ensure we source subcontractors based on the best rate and closest available location

Additional Value in Labor Resource Management

In addition to the management of subcontractors, Ledcor is able to serve our client’s long term industrial and technical labor requirements through either of two methods:

• Direct-hire of Ledcor personnel
• Management of local labor suppliers

In both cases, the personnel will be recruited, trained and administered to our client’s specifications.
